We practice to see ourselves true, the thoughts, the emotions, as if we are an outside observer of events. Then we learn to let go of what we perceive as ourselves. We control and silence the thoughts and manage feelings, so that we don´t become one with them. Then we take the practice further and reach deep insights about life.
We become happy, since we learn mindfulness through the practice. We are in the present and the experience of the moment is total and therefore so enjoyable. And we see so clear that the only true happiness there is, is in this moment.
