A lot of us today have a very demanding life situation and we search for tools to deal with stress and stress related problems.

Mindfulness, wellness, be in the present. ... Are words and expressions you see everywhere today.
What they mean is diverse.
A huge number of people are looking for this kind of tools to deal with their life or to find a deeper meaning in their life.

We who work with these kinds of matters use different tools. And what works for one person, might not be the optimal solution for another.

When it comes to mindfulness, is it very common today to use a very simplified version of the original, profound knowledge. So it is up to every one, from their aims and needs, trying to find out who of all the actors who are teaches in the level, the depth, which is sought.
Often we forget where these concepts come from. What the source of this 2500 year old knowledge is, Buddhism’s most famous meditation technique Vipassana (insight meditation).  The source to this knowledge comes from the first human who reached the state of Buddha hood, Siddhartha. This well-documented and verifiable knowledge is one of mankind's treasures.
And this deep knowledge is available to anyone who is willing to do the work within them self. This is nothing that is done quickly and easily, or by any other than us. And there is nothing for those who are afraid to face themselves and see within. But anyone who wants to, can, through these tools: “Go within and beyond within ".
We can practice to see our selves, the thoughts, the emotions, as if we are an outside observer of events. Then learn to let go of what we perceive as ourselves, control and silence the thoughts and managing feelings, so that we don´t become one with them, to take the practice further and reach deep insights about life.

Wellness is actually a state that is achieved by being able to enjoy the moment, through mindfulness being able be in the present. Wellness can be anything from a conversation with our children to a wonderful wine, but the experience of the moment is total and therefore so enjoyable. Wellness is the state created by mindfulness.
