Meditation and diving
Scuba diving is one of my great passions. Everyone should have the opportunity to take part in this wonderful world under water. Something more serene and meditative than diving is hard to find. To listen to your own calm breathing is pure meditation in itself. This serenity, combined with a world that is so beautiful that sometimes it almost feels unreal, it is true happiness.
Many of us dream about diving, but fears of various kinds hinder us. Sharks and other scary underwater creatures, the deep blue, to breathe underwater, the list is long on things that hinder our dream to dive.
We use the meditation tools to conquer our fear. It is extremely sad to miss the experience of this fabulous underwater world if you have an urge to dive. Who knows how long it remains.
This retreat is for those who always wanted to learn to dive, but not dared to. And those who do have a certificate, but maybe things have happened that makes you feel resistance to go below the surface again.
Or you want to learn to meditate. And you might want to expand your diving skills with an advance course at the same time.
The meditation skill can also help to reduce air consumption.
