Astanga yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that requires you to focus on using your body. The movements, asanas, synchronized with breathing. We use body locks and a special breathing technique.
When you do not have a thousand other things that interfere with yoga practice, you will se how powerful these tools are, your mind becomes silent and you find yourself in the present and a deep relaxation arises after the workout. In addition, we are experiencing very rapid effect of turning off the flow of thoughts and to be focused in the moment. We feel energetic, calm and harmonious.
